the beautiful sparkle of golden beetle

This one of Ladybugs has a semi-transparent shield on both wings. This bug has a shimmering golden color on the entire body. In one group, there has a base color reddish or pink shiny metallic. Very beautiful, glittering golden color extraordinarily beautiful. Moreover, make quite difficult for my eyes to get a focal point in the camera viewfinder. These result of images still not satisfy me, maybe I will try to use some variation of lens filters to facilities my obtaining an optimal focal point.

Flat-tailed House Gecko (Cicak) It Was Not Carnivorous Lizard

During this time, I think that Flat-tailed House Gecko (Cicak-Java: Hemidactylus Platyurus) is one of the carnivorous lizards, so that I earn at the school where the Flat-tailed House Gecko (Cicak) is an insect-eating animals. In addition, indeed during the time that I saw the lizard always eat insects (carnivores) that hunt mainly at night. They are looking for prey near the lights of home entice insects to come and perch, so the lizard a chance to eat it.
However, the fact that I cannot accidentally catch, such as the photographs below, that the lizards also eat anything from planting, in this case is a grain of rice, thereby herbivorous lizard belongs to the group, so as lizards also eat insects (Carnivore) then in fact include the animal omnivore lizard (or omnivorous).
Here are the pictures that states that the Flat-tailed House Gecko (Cicak) is omnivore.

The Cute of Toad

Both of these species have almost similar body shape. Frog was a short, stout or thin, slightly bent-backed, four legged and tailless. Frogs are generally smooth-skinned, moist, with long hind legs. Instead, toads rough-skinned with nodule, often dry, and the hind legs are often short, so that most jumps far less. However, designations for both species are often interchangeable.
The toad recorded below is unique, where the toad has always stayed at my yard, and not afraid to human or lightning of camera flash (these photos taken at night). Photographs were taken in two periods, in March when the size ± 3 cm (photo-1 to photo-5) and in April when the size grow up into ± 8 cm (photo-6 to photo-8).

A Wonderful Thing : Moth and Butterfly

The butterfly is a unique animal species in which was born from a cocoon. The previous embodiment/shape before as a cocoon, the butterfly have the shape as larva or caterpillar that for most people is disgusting, terrified and in many types of caterpillars have poisonous hairs on that can cause intense itching and hot if exposed to the human skin, and even in some sensitive skin  can cause abscissa or serious skin damage.
From the uncomfortable to watch, then the embodiment changed to be pupae and finally comes to the phase of being a butterfly is very wonderful to see and enjoyed in the form as photos, like below.

The insect wildlife is so exciting, complex, peace and ... brutal. Exciting, because it present small creatures are beautiful that less attention. Complex, because it presents a complex relationship between kind of insect, insect to the ecosystem and fellow of insect. Peace as it soothing a peace against the connoisseur.  And brutal, because as to preserve life relentless between the victim and predator.
